Eco-Friendly Design: This unique first-of-its-kind filtration system is designed to remove the need to routinely purchase and dispose of replacement filters. Each carbon filter utilizes premium-grade Australian virgin charcoal and includes over one refill. The activated charcoal features an enhanced surface area with a higher adsorption rate to help extend the time between refills. You can further extend the charcoal bedding's lifespan by reversing the filter's easily removable flanges. The used supply can be composted when replacing the charcoal to maximize its use even more.

Highly Durable Construction: The activated charcoal is securely housed within your odor filter by aluminum flanges and a solid rubber seal. The filter comprises two layers of galvanized steel meshing finished with sandblasting to protect the charcoal bedding. These multiple layers collaboratively block odors effectively, even in highly humid environments, by ensuring increased resistance against rust and corrosion.

In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
